What? molv?

molv is a service that lets you stream live video from your phone to the internet. All you've got to do is install small software to your phone. And you are ready to show your life, capture the moments, share it to the world. Its pretty cool, like having a camcorder plugged in and ready to broadcast right in your pocket.

What do I need to use molv?

You would need a phone that supports molv. These phones are supports molv client (Nokia 5700, Nokia 6110 Navigator, Nokia 6660, Nokia 6630, Nokia 6680, Nokia 6682 Nokia E50, Nokia E51, Nokia E70, Nokia E61, Nokia E61i, Nokia E65, Nokia E70, Nokia E90, Nokia N70, Nokia N72, Nokia N73, Nokia N75, Nokia N76, Nokia N80, Nokia N81, Nokia N90, Nokia N91, Nokia N92, Nokia N93i, Nokia N93, Nokia N95, Nokia N95 8GB, Nokia N82, Sony Ericsson P1i, Sony Ericsson P990, Sony Ericsson W960, Samsung SGH-i450, Samsung SGH-i520, Samsung SGH-i550, Samsung SGH-i560, MOTORIZR Z8). You also need a Data Connection to your phone, preferably an Unlimited Data plan as video streaming consumes quite a lot of bandwidth. You can also use molv over a WiFi connection.

How to register in molv?

Goto http://molv.com/request_invite_code and request for an account. We will send you an email on how to register once your invitation code is ready.

Ok! I've got an account. How to I download molv to mobile?

Very simple. Open your phone's browser and goto http://molv.mobi. Login in with your molv account and if your phone supports molv you will see a download link.

Are my video streams automatically recorded?

By default molv stores all the video streams. If you want to stream live video but don't want it saved in molv, goto molv application on your mobile Settings and select Archive streams to no.

How can I manage my video streams?

Once you are logged in goto My Videos and you can manage your archived streams.
